CREDIT POLICY - KINDERMUSIK, KEYNOTES, MULTIPLY MUSIC, MY SMART HANDS
There are no refunds available. Instead, we have a very flexible credit policy.
If you sign up for an ongoing, term or one-time virtual Kindermusik, KeyNotes, Multiply Music or My Smart Hands class or session and cannot attend, your fee will be credited toward any future ongoing, term or one-time virtual Kindermusik, KeyNotes, Multiply Music or My Smart Hands class or session that's running and has spots available at our studio -- for life! This means that as long as our studio exists, your credit will be available to you.
